We are still looking for a head coach for our Rally Cap (7U) team.
We need the coach ASAP (we’d like to start next Wednesday May 18th) and the season ends June 29th.
Must be 18 years or older.
Runs every Wednesday from 6-7
The only requirement is Respect In Sport for Activity Leaders (free online course here: https://sportmanitoba.respectgroupinc.com/koala_final/start.jsp)There are a couple of other online Baseball Canada courses that are optional, and RVCC pays for these if coaches want to take them.

The kids are 5-7 years old and there is already an assistant coach in place.
Head coach’s responsibilities would be to plan practice sessions and direct the assistant coach and parent helpers to make sure practices run as smooth as a 5-7 year old practice can be expected to run.
