Laurie is your go-to gal for wellness and positivity. As a certified fitness, nutrition and
health coach, Laurie knows that true health and wellness is only achieved when we learn
to be kind and gentle to ourselves, when we understand the important role that
emotional and mental wellness plays in our overall health. Learning how to to manage
stress and expecations is a big part of the wellness journey and in her presentation,
Laurie shares three stragegies to navigage the busy holiday season – and life – with joy.

Jan LOVES practicing and teaching Spring Forest Qigong. For those who
don’t know, this is a form of energy healing based on Traditional Chinese
Medicine and could be understood as Acupuncture without the use of
