There has been quite a discussion on the Riverview Community – Winnipeg page on Facebook about who has the right-of-way / how to properly use the Calming Circles in our neighbourhood. Turns out it was about 50/50 on whether to yield to the left or right. Fortunately, one of the commenters dug up this YouTube video published by the City of Winnipeg about the proper use of Calming Circles and Roundabouts (Turning Circles). It makes sense when you watch it and hear it explained.
