Hello Friends and Neighbours!
This Saturday, Sept 25th from 10 am-1 pm is our Second Annual Fisher Park Fall Clean-Up Day and we would really love to see you there (rain or shine)!
What is Happening:10 am start time – meet at the east park entrance and enjoy coffee and treats from our friends at Park Line Coffee (please bring your own coffee mug)- we will divide into groups and tackle tree banding, planting and general clean up- kids are welcome, and we even have some special activities for them! 12 pm – hotdog/veggie dog lunch (please bring your own water)12:15 pm – music by our very own JD Edwards!!1 pm – wrap up and thanks
What to Bring:– please bring your own work gloves, and a rake or hand trowel or pointed shovel (labelled with your address please!)- water bottle and coffee mug- any extra paper yard waste bags you can spare
What we still need help with:– we are still looking for someone to photograph the event for us (for social media etc.)
– we welcome any baking that you want to provide to round out the food (with ingredients labelled please)- we need someone to staff the food table. If you can assist with these jobs, please get in touch by just replying to this email.
