Returning for a winter session

Beginning February 1st for 10 weeks

Thursday Class – 6-7pm

Sunday Class – 10:30-11:30am

Geared towards individuals that are new to martial arts & karate and would like to learn the basics and gain dojo experience. Students will learn self defence techniques, karate forms (katas), and high energy kick-boxing techniques. The goal of this course is to develop core martial arts skills, self-discipline, and a positive attitude to help students succeed in any future martial arts program.
