Pound Fitness

May 10th, 2023, will be the final pound fitness class before the program goes on a year-long hiatus.
Thank you to everyone who’s brought their fire and energy to these sessions and helped make them more than just a workout. We can’t wait to welcome you back with the same passion and spirit next year.


Fitness rebels of any age and every stage are welcome to join the band!

POUND workouts combine cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements as you pound out the beat with a pair of weighted drumsticks. Channel your inner rockstar as you lose yourself to the beat.

Here is what you need to know:

• Class size is limited to 15 participants.

• Classes MAY be held outdoors, weather permitting.

• Masks are not required, but encouraged.

• A YOGA MAT IS REQUIRED (Dollarama sells them for $4).

• You must reserve your spot via picktime.

• Classes are Wednesdays at 6 pm.

Cost of class is $10

Half price for your first class, and if you’re in love, 9 class passes are available for $80. They don’t expire, and are available for use at all locations.

e-transfer preferred, however exact change at the door accepted as well!
